George R. Barbour, P.E. established his engineering and construction consulting business on February 1, 2002 and has provided forensic and engineering services to insurance companies, attorneys, property owners, universities, and municipalities, on projects in seven states. In addition to the traditional structural and civil engineering services, Mr. Barbour provides comprehensive engineering and forensics investigation services for a variety of building systems.  He has performed storm or event-related damage investigations, construction/design defect assessments, mold and moisture causation investigations, building condition studies, building code compliance reviews, OSHA and accident reconstruction studies, and has provided expert testimony concerning his investigations.

Mr. Barbour has over 23 years of engineering and construction observation/administration experience.  He has prepared plans, specifications, and bid documents for a variety of projects including bridges, parking decks, and commercial and residential buildings and cellular communication sites.
